Introduction: Honestly, personal training is really a journey about the individuals needs & personal connection with a trainer. As compassionate, honest and open as I can be; I know I'm still not perfect for everyone - and my goals aren't to just take on as many clients as possible, I prefer deep meaningful relationships with my clients and in return watch a transformation and know I helped in a life change.
I found my passion for health, fitness and helping others at a very young age. Living in London, a very well built city– and having a creative mind, I didn’t have to look far to find myself enjoying physical outdoor activities.
found that different styles of fitness training offered different results, changing diets offered various transformations and unique mind sets offered varied progress for each individual, including myself. With the knowledge I was developing, I was able to find a deep satisfaction in helping those around me – that’s how JaysPT evolved. Now I get to pass that info on and it makes me feel great too.
Firstly, I get to help people make a change in themselves, that could positively change their lives.
Along my journey, health and wellness have helped me grow mentally, physically and healthily.
I want to help others reach their own goals; to succeed continuously not temporarily.
