Introduction: Yoga is a playground where you unravel and slowly let go of old judgments and conditioning that no longer serve you, and you let a little bit more acceptance, self love and healing in....
Sessions with me are explorations through the field of movement and the breath is the guide.
I'm certified master teacher of Hatha Yoga, various styles ( Sivananda, Vinyasa, Anunsara), and an International Kundalini Yoga teacher, with over 15 years of experience of working with all levels.
Drawing upon a knowledge of how energy moves in the body, and a gift of intuitive healing, I design each session with much care, to suit your particular needs.
Approx. 75 min long, every session ends with a Gong (sound bath), which is an incredible instrument I will play for you, in order to promote deeper levels of relaxation and healing.
Depending on each client's particular needs, some students like to include meditation and/or pranayama (breathing techniques) in their sessions. I'm very experienced, and hold a level of a master teacher in both. If this is something you desire to incorporate into your practice, you will be guided through it with great precision, expertise and loving kindness : ) .
Sessions with me are unique, inspiring and healing. You will walk away feeling replenished, relaxed, more balanced and connected. A brand new you!
The part I enjoy the most is the transformation that happens in relationship to Self. The growth that takes place moment to moment, breath by breath is incomparable and unparalleled with anything else!
During this unfolding and transformation, students learn to trust and really enjoy the uncertainty of this process. The destination becomes the journey itself, which ultimately carries a promise of delivering you to yourself. A lighter, freer, more joyous you, which is your original state of being, and your birth right! I call it "presence". It's as if the student finally arrived to their own body, you can feel their presence because they become present. They become ok just being in the moment.
This happens in every session without a fail and it is delightful to witness as a teacher. It feels sacred, a true gift to all, my students and me!
