Introduction: CBO is an architectural design office based in Los Angeles. We are extremely detail oriented, and draw upon our extensive experience in other high end architecture and design offices to tailor our work to the needs and ambitions of each client. Our services include: CAD drawings, 3D modeling, as built drawings, computer renderings, architectural models, concept design development, design consultation, construction documents, project management, and permitting. We look forward to lending our expertise to your next remodel, renovation or ground-up building project!

I've worked with CasperBaklik on several projects and have found them to be innovative, realistic and really response to my needs. On both a small commercial design (wine bar/retail space) and a large and involved house renovation, they were completely professional (called me back, showed up on time, delivered proposals early and within my budget) and took my projects to a whole new level. In addition to the great working relationship, Mary and Dan made me feel at ease and have a really calming presence. They make potentially stressful situations calm and see opportunity in challenges. We are working with a remodel at our lake home. Mary casper and Dan Baklik have provided us with creative ideas for adding an art studio and storage space. They are very professional and are looking at more than one option as well as checking restrictions . They are a great team!
