- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a set standard fee as we strive to accommodate every client based on their needs and financial abilities. We accept all managed care insurance plans and we also offer sliding scale. Our fees typically run from $50-200/hour depending on the psychotherapist you choose. We accept all PPO insurance plans. We’re an in-network provider for the following insurance: Blueshield, Cigna, Magellan, Coventry, First Health, Value Option, MHN, and ComPsych. As a courtesy to our patients, billing is provided by our staff. Please check your coverage carefully for the following information: • Do I have mental health insurance benefits? • What is my deductible and has it been met? • What is my co-pay? • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover? • Is pre-authorization required? • What percentage of the cost will be covered when I see an out of network provider?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a phone assessment to determine whether or not we are a good fit. One of our intake specialists will contact you and conduct an informal assessment to determine your needs, goals and ways we can support you. This is an opportunity for you to ask us any questions you may have and evaluate whether or not you want to work with us. Then, we will match you with one of our psychotherapists based on your needs and preferences.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our psychotherapists are experts in their field and have obtained the education and training necessary to provide services to clients. We make certain that not only they carry the proper licenses, certification and qualification but to stay up to date with the recent research and science related to human behavior and psychology.
