- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates vary depending on session time (e.g. 30min, 45min, 1 hr) and location. Rates vary from $35-$55 per session. Session package discounts also available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll typically first conduct a movement and fitness baseline assessment with a new client to identify weaknesses, asymmetries and goals. Once determined, we'll work the client in developing a workout/nutrition program that fits their unique style, and preferences. We're pretty tech savvy so we love to share new fitness apps and videos that will help our clients build on their fitness in-between sessions. Each workout session is designed beforehand and shared with the client online so that they can view and use it to replicate and design their own workouts. Our goal is to really empower our clients so that they have the knowledge, confidence and skill sets to facilitate and improve their own fitness over time.
