I use counseling approach to work with couples and for life coaching. For clients who struggle with the following symptoms, I use a combination of counseling and clinical hypnosis - a brief and effective therapy which helps to resolve the following problems:
- anxiety
- depression
- low self-confidence
- fears
- traumas
- relationship issues
- self-doubt
- social anxiety
- dependency on people's opinions and judgments
- lack of identity and purpose
- anger
- emotional dependency
- dysfunctional behaviors and habits
- lack of future goals and motivation
- negative thoughts and attitudes
- reoccurring behavioral and relationship patterns

A therapeutic journey consists of 5-10 sessions done in person on a weekly basis. Each session takes 90 min.
My therapy approach is very practical. My clients have an active role in their healing process. During the sessions I introduce a lot of new tools and strategies for self-improvement and dealing with various situations. In between the sessions a client applies and practises them. In this way we are building new productive behaviors and breaking the old patters.
This is a very fascinating process, with every session I'm observing how my client's life transforms for better.
