Quality of work was poor. He argued against what I wanted done despite my notification of being a mechanical engineer. He did not follow through with his guarantee that he would fix the leaky window which still leaked after the work was completed. Estimate talked about the proper ways of completing the work but he decided to go with the less labor intensive solution which was not a solution. I would not recommend this person to anyone.
He visited me after the work was done [removing and reinstalling a window to eliminate the leaks when it rained] to see if he could get more work that we had discussed. When I told him the window still leaked, he began to blame it on something else and never offered to fix his work. If you choose to use him, verify the final result before payment. When you hire someone to do work for you, their performance and final result should do the talking, not the guy doing the work.

Adrian and his father repaired broken patio tiles. They chipped-out the old tiles and the underlying cement and replaced with new cement, tiles, and grout. I supplied the materials and they provided the tools and smarts. The completed work was perfect.
