They showed up, they did the move, they didn't damage any furniture. Now for the downside... after making the arrangements with Max, their moving specialist, he said he would email us to confirm the job. Well, he didn't. He did however make sure to charge our card. We had to call Max and the driver numerous times on the day of the move to make sure this move was going to happen. When the guys showed up the truck was covered with graffiti. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?The typical move requires 2 men and a moving truck with pricing that varies upon promotions and of course includes all the insurance and industry-standard fees that are fully included up front so that there are never any surprises to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A quality moving process starts with understanding what the customer's exact moving needs are to see if we are an ideal moving solution for them. Once we find out that their moving needs are an ideal for our moving services, the process becomes all about making the move as easy, effortless and as stress-free as possible for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Our education is the old fashioned approach of getting out there and getting the move done as seamlessly and as affordable as possible while still applying tremendous care to the customer's valuables. We know that there is no better education than actually doing our craft every day and striving to get a little better each time.
