- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 per hour, 1-hour minimum. then 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we have set a time for me to come do the work. I like to check in 30 minutes before to ensure we are on schedule. I like the customer to walk me thru exactly what they want done. I like to have good communication so we both know whats expected of me. I don't waste time and like to get started working. I'm happy to have you look over my shoulder and ask questions when you like, or sometimes the homeowner leaves and asks me to lock up behind myself. I'm comfortable either way. Once your completely with the work you can send me payment electronically, credit card, cash or check. After a week or so, I'll check in to make sure everything is still good.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my jobs are on the small side and completed in 1 or 2 hours. My many years of experience allow me to work quick and since most of my jobs are done faster than the homeowner expects, I suggest having an on going short list of little jobs you need done.
