- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-All of my packages on Thumbtack are discounted by 20% off of my normal session rates. -If I don't have pricing listed for something you are looking for, please feel free to contact me directly. -All packages are customizable. If there is something you don't see, please don't hesitate to ask. I always want to ensure that every customer is getting exactly what they are looking for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Portrait, Engagement, Maternity, Newborn, Children or Family Photography - I typically reach out via email first and then set up a time to chat over the phone. This helps me to understand exactly what a client is looking for before the shoot begins. Once we have established a date and time for the session, I require a 50% deposit to hold the requested date. From there, you can expect a follow up email from me a few days before to confirm all of the details and then a call or text (whichever you prefer) the day of. All final payments are due the day of the session. When working with wedding clients, the process is a bit more detailed however it follows the same type of format. :)
