He has been very communicative and always very quick to come up with thoughtful, personalized solutions for me, which have been very useful. Aside from the ability to determine your pain points, he can also help you think of the long-term game and will always be eager to help you think it through and coach you to achieve your goals -- his genuine desire to help people improve/grow/strengthen skills is a trait that I don't often come across. Highly recommended!
