Introduction: Here’s to a new beginning! That is why you’re looking for a coach right? Are you ready for some changes? A fresh perspective? A push in the direction you’re resisting? To do hard things it’s imperative to create inner support- radical Self (yes Self being higher Self) reliance. That’s not a skill most are taught. I believe the journey no matter what the material is, is an inside–out job. We go in, dig up and lift the material blocking your deepest desires and challenge it. Honestly- it’s a bunch of BS anyway. I am talking about all the “I’m not good enoughs”. Yes, you know they’re in there. Let’s raise the bar on your inner beliefs. YES- YOU’VE GOT THIS! I have been living this inside-out way of living and cleaning out all the nonsensical beliefs since 2013 when I started a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology at the University of Santa Monica. In addition, I am a Registered Nurse and health coach. Planet Earth, humanity and the business sector all need more conscious loving beings shining bright doing the things they love (it’s magnetic). I love sharing my learnings with the intent for us all to rise to our greatest potential! One of my favorite poems on this topic: Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness That most frightens us. We ask ourselves Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small Does not serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking So that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, As children do. We were born to make manifest The glory of God that is within us. It's not just in some of us; It's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. Sarah is very skilled in what she does. She in genuine, compassionate, and very resourceful. With her help and guidance, I was able to strategize a game plan for chipping away at my debt and finding ways to be more patient and compassionate with myself while I work towards my goals. Sarah has helped me reframe my patterns of self blame, and to understand that small steps and small achievements are the building blocks of new habits which ultimately help us achieve our long term goals. I recommend life coaching sessions to anyone who would like to obtain tangible results for their goals; both short term and long term. Sarah helped me get organized and held me accountable. After each session, she drafted a brief summary of the topics we covered, and always praised me for each of my small successes. This was important to me, and provided me with the confidence to continue working toward my goals. Additionally, we continued to build on the work and create new goals when appropriate. In summary, Sarah is really wonderful. And I highly recommend her.

I have been working with Sarah over the last year. She holds a beautiful space for me to be open. She also offers me practices to do which allow me feel more grounded and move into greater self love. I tend to resist doing them but they are really effective. I find her to be honest in her feedback which helps me get out of my own way. I love the way we work life from the “goal line” and the “soul line”. Ultimately, I have found her to be highly effective in processing my material. I would highly suggest her!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a 30 min coaching call free of charge to see if we are a good fit for each other. If so we can schedule a meeting ideally within the next 7 days to take a deep dive into what you are seeking to accomplish.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been caring for people at the bedside through my nursing career since 2004. In that time I have had the privilege to walk into my patient's lives and experience what the present moment offers. Illness, heartbreak, stress, hurt and anxiety all are here to teach us. Some of the most painful moments of my life have taught me the most. I believe the experience of discomfort is leading us back into union with ourselves, with our own loving. There is a place of peace that can be reached inside, one that stands in deep compassion with the human experience, with the hurts that have been. This process is typically about unwinding the false beliefs that hold us back. It's a process not an event. There's a fire inside of you ready to burn down everything that isn't serving you!
