Introduction: I grew up learning from two of my uncles. One uncle was a chef at a french bistro for over 20 years and the other learned from his grandmother in Afghanistan. Throughout my childhood and teen/early adult years, each uncle helped me to establish a very broad language of food. This is my differentiator and has enabled me to be extremely creative when building a menu for a client. I don't google recipes and then recreate dishes. I ask several questions which helps me curate the perfect culinary experience for my client and their guests.

AJ catered a BBQ at my house for about 30 people. It's a difficult layout with a lot of levels, and he somehow managed to be everywhere at the same time. He did everything with ease and warmly conversed with everyone to make sure they had what they needed, and never forgot to put the finishing touches on everything. I was truly amazed at how he was such an efficient and effortless one-man-show, and the creativity with his food (we had burgers with about 20 different toppings and sauces!?) is impressive, to say the least. He doesn't cut corners on anything in the interest of time or scale and you can taste that in the final product. Two thumbs up would definitely hire him for our gatherings again.

AJ catered my wedding, and everything was phenomenal! From the presentation, the various delicious flavors, to the remarkable customer service. I was responsible for booking food for my parents' intimate anniversary dinner. Of course, I ended up waiting until last minute and was extremely nervous to hire someone new.
