- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe the lowest cost in a service is to hire an expert and not have to contend to pay for their learning curve. We are able to provide an estimate upon hearing about your particular problem/project. Certain tasks such as resting the O/S (Operating System), Installation and configuration of components, fresh installation of a Wireless/Wired Network could be quoted on a flat rate basis. Furthermore many tasks are automated and can be performed for little or next to nothing. Then there are tasks, such as eradicating a persistent Virus and or Data recovery that are not only time consuming but also can not be performed on a flat rate basis. Such repair calls carry a minimum fee directly associated with the problem at hand. Your best bet is to call and share your challenge - We will provide you with an accurate minimum cost estimate. Please note that we have been on the quest of finding a magic bullet to solve computing problems for over Three (3) decades and have yet to find one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A voice call is the closest we have come to finding the elixir to your challenge. We strongly suggest hearing from you to assess your needs as fast as humanly possible and provide an educated estimate of costs, time and delivery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education is hands on experience and we offer you over three (3) decades of experience. Needless to say we are certified on numerous platforms notably Cisco, Microsoft and Apple. Please note, most if not all of our work is conditional, we are not going to ask for payment until we have delivered on the problem. This is an IronClad Guarantee.
