I start by getting to know their needs and learning how I can best support them on this journey. After that, we’ll come up with a plan!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in lab sciences, plant-based cooking certificate from Rouxbe, and certificate in plant-based nutrition through ecornell.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve been vegan since 2004 and have always been passionate about food. Over the past few years I began focusing on the healing power of food and want to share this was others to help them thrive!
