Called last week to schedule our garage doors to be installed and they were able to guarantee to install same day. We schedule for the next day that worked better for us. They were professional, on time and thorough. We got a new door that included a remote pad for keyless entry. They also informed us that the wheels needed to be replaced in the next year, so we had that done as well as it saved us money for a future service call. Overall very happy!

Woke up to a broken spring this morning & wondered how long I'd have to put up with that hassle before someone could come to fix it. Emil personally answers his phone & was able to come over within an hour of talking with him. Took about an hour to replace two springs and grease the tracks on both doors. No mess left behind and he takes credit cards without hassling you about it. It this was one of the best repair service calls I've had in a long time.

I call them in the morning. We just bought our home and the door of the garage they had is very old and of course, it had to stop working. Emil sent us a technician within 2 hours, he explained us on the different options we have as far as brands and systems and we decided on one, the new motor installed that same day and he works for almost 3 years now with no problems at all...I guess we did a good decision!

One of the torsion springs on my garage door broke so I called Emil Garage Doors. They were very professional and straightforward. He gave me a ballpark repair cost over the phone sight unseen told me to disconnect the power to the opener to make sure no one accidentally tried to open the door and cause further damage, gave me an estimated timeframe to do the fix and a time when they would be there to fix it. I scheduled them to come out the next day and they called to let me know they were coming and showed up right when they said they would, had all the required parts on the truck, and did the fix in the estimated timeframe. They also serviced the door as part of their repair: check all parts for wear and damage, lubricate and adjust all moving parts. The door works great and is noticeably quieter and smoother than before.
