Introduction: Speaking: I am passionate about impacting the lives of girls and women, and that comes through when I speak.I bring honesty, vulnerability, and real stories to the stage. I create an interactive experience through activities and exercises, and I create custom experiences based on my clients' needs. Coaching: I am totally committed to my clients and helping them get the results they want. I say the things my clients need to hear to get them to the next level. Often times I will say things that no one else in their life is willing to say. I make myself available to my clients in a ways most coaches do not. I do not have cookie cutter coaching systems, I provide custom coaching for each of my clients. I believe in viewing my clients as whole people and treat them accordingly. I love being able to share my story and experiences to help girls and women feel less alone. I am passionate about empowering others and helping them shift the way they look at things to positively impact their self-esteem, body image, self-love, and life!
