- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor pricing goes by the job repair involved. Our pricing is lower then the Appliance Blue Book pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set the appointment first then the repair man comes out and diagnosis the appliance. He will explain what needs to be done and total cost for parts and labor before any work is done.
