- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only pricing guide that's the best and most fair is looking at the area to be worked, then you must measure the area and then you must give a fair estimate to the client and be sure it's fair to the client
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new client I usually start with a phone introduction explaining how our process works at POWERS PAINTING & Remodeling. Then I go to address givin by the client where I then meet the potential client, for them to give me a walk through of the property in return I then give them a Free Estimate that both of us can agree on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best education that you can have for construction work is just years of experience and learning from the supervisor of the companies that you are working with at the time. I've got 15 years of experience in the contracting field.
