you know when you scroll social media and you see those perfect pictures, from what looks like the perfect party, right down to the last perfect detail and youre half impressed, but half annoyed? Yeah...thats me. Im that girl.
Hi. My name is Polly, and I believe that ANY occasion is an opportunity take a time out, gather with your people, and have the Best. Day. Ever. From full-service event coordination to partial planning in partnership with you, our process as client and planner works like this:
1. Dream It: Well align completely on the perfect vision and outcome for your event.
2. Design It: Well set realistic and clear expectations that satisfy both your vision and your budget
3. Do it: Well make the best investments of our time and resources where they will have the biggest impact and WOW factor.
Whether or not you allow me the privilege of working with you on your event, I want to share with you a sample of my personalized tips to help you plan your Best. Day. Ever.
1. Commit: Whatever the occasion, choosing a theme and committing to it 100% is the best way to stimulate creativity and build on your ideas all the way to the last detail.
2. Partner Up: Enlist others close to the event to help with hosting responsibilities and day-of preparation.
3. Think Photos: For small events (showers) ask willing guests to help you capture the event by taking candid pictures and encouraging group photo-ops. For larger events, create a #hashtag or hand out cards with a path to a cloud-based photo drive to save and share photos for all guests to enjoy and relive the Best. Day. Ever.

Better question. What don't I love about this job?! If I had to pick one or two things that I enjoy the most from planning parties it would be the details and watching people have the best. day. EVER! My all time favorite moment in a party is right after everything is all set up and we are waiting for the first guest to arrive. Every last perfect detail is in its proper place and everything is just so - - that right there just makes me giddy. And THEN, guests start to fill the party space and get their party on! I just love providing that space for celebration and WOW'ing guests with all the fun and personalized details. When guests and hosts leave feeling like they just went to a party they will remember and talk about for years to come (some people call that the BEST. DAY. EVER!) I will have done my job. And that is what brings me joy.
