After my four year enlistment in the Navy ended in the year 2000 I came home to Louisville and began what I thought was a temporary career in the food service industry. By the end of my first year I was behind the bar and I was hooked.
In the 15 years since then I have worked at some of the most well known establishments in the city, including Ferd Grisanti's, Timothy's, Lynn's Paradise Cafe, The Barrett Bar, MilkWood, 610 Magnolia,The Joy Luck, and Brendon's Catch 23 helping me to stay up to date on the drinking habits and trends in Louisville scene.
