- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer weekly, every-other-week and monthly service. In addition to regular service we specialize in one-time cleans, move-in and move-outs and customized services. Before service begins, we do a free in-home estimate to customize our service to meet the unique requirements of each customer. Our work is guaranteed - if you are not completely satisfied, we will redo the areas at no-charge to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before service begins, we do a free in-home estimate to customize our service to meet the unique requirements of each customer. We follow the Molly Maid Professional cleaning process. This means cleaning all areas of every room on each service and includes dusting, wiping baseboards, door and window frames, chair rails, fixtures, blinds, etc., wiping and disinfecting all cabinets, appliances and counter tops and disinfecting all areas in bathrooms and removing scum and mildew. Floors are vacuumed and mopped.
