Samantha has been a community support provider for my 23 yr old developmentally delayed daughter for ~4 years. She is always on time, follows my daughters behavior plan and has been involved in creating plans of care.
My daughter is not always easy to work with but Samantha continues to follow the behavior plan, keeps her cool, and knows when to ask for guidance.
