Introduction: As a licensed professional pastoral counselor, wedding officiant, life strategist, published author and facilitator, I offer a client-centered approach to well-being and creating healthy relationships. I journey with you to take steps toward healing, healthy relationships, positive life transitions, and self care. Together, we’ll work to uncover and better understand life challenges dealing with grief and loss and day-to-day stressors that detract from your quality of life. I will help you begin to identify and practice new ways of "being" that will make you stronger emotionally, mentally, spiritually & socially. You can build and maintain sustainable, life-giving and loving relationships. Are you struggling with life's stress and strain, or issues of infidelity, mistrust and difficulty in communication? Perhaps, you are dealing with multiple challenges like divorce, loss of a job, starting over, a new baby, anxiety, grief and loss, relational conflict or emotional pain from the past. Maybe, something “just doesn’t feel right”, or you need extra support for a major life decision with long-term consequences. I’m here to listen and help you build a level of confidence and competence that you can change negative thinking or behavior patterns so you can begin to take steps toward wholeness, healing and positive choices. I enjoy helping people identify solutions to issues that are important to them. I support individuals, couples and groups in rebuilding their lives, relationships and caring for themselves mind, body and spirit.
