FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When a contractor cannot see what the customer is seeing its hard to give a spit on estimate. The customer should always check with a tool on home wyse or home advisor and see wha the average cost is for what ever project they are about to hire someone for so the work and price is at least fresh their mind. They will become a little more Knowledgable about process and price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I listen to what they want and need. I find out where the job is located then I ask when do they want to have the work completed. I then form a package and a price estimate based on what they need over the phone. If they want me to come and look at the project i will do and I will give them a formal estimate at that time. I will explain the process and the amount of time I believe it will take to complete. I do not believe in high pressure sales tactics, I let the customer decide for themselves what they need, after I give my professional recommendation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a bachelors Degree at Sullivan University in Business management with a sales and marketing emphasis. I was trained at a corporate carpet care business to become a carpet cleaning expert, and I have been painting over 23 years. I have had lots of experience and I continue to learn and grow all the while delivering results to my customers.
