- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our clients should know that we give standard estimates until an actual inspection which quite often lowers the estimate. We also enjoy good reviews for our workmanship and give attractive discounts for those~
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish a meet and greet at which time we tell the clients a bit about ourselves and get a good idea of what is needed for the project. We have a short item list that is reviewed which covers parameters like budget, deadline, Style, material preferences and such
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our crew is IICRC certified and Fire/Water damage experienced. We have certifications and residential electrical as well as commercial, Decades of experience in general carpentry and Custom/Exotic, as well as lengthy experience and knowledge with plumbing, Roofing, structural integrity and load-bearing members, metal fabrication, composite and green materials and installation procedures, and Advanced Landscaping and Lawn Care/ beautification~
