FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies significantly based on each specific job, as well as the current market price of lumber.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a phone consultation. I get to know you, gather some more information about the project you are wanting done, and then schedule a time to come to your home and do an on-site bid. During the bid, I am able to introduce myself face to face and answer any remaining questions and or concerns you may have. From that point on I am ready to get to work. My schedule usually books out anywhere from 1-3 weeks depending on my current work load, but I am usually able to arrange my clients based on the urgency of the project to be done. I will give you a timeline of how long the job will take and that usually does not change. I make it a priority to stay in touch with the client throughout the whole process, ensuring that you are happy with the work being done every step of the way. The satisfaction of my clients is my number one concern. Majority of my clients become return clients in the future, as I provide quality and care with every job done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lifetime of a passion for woodworking. This passion led me into my career, where I expanded my knowledge of trade into outdoor construction and multiple facets of interior work including tile. I worked as a subcontractor for several years as I perfected my trade before starting my own business.
