The initial feeling I struggled with before going into a therapy session with Laura, was mostly fear. The idea that I would be pushed to share parts of my life with someone I had no connection to could not have been more intimidating to me. Honestly, within moments of meeting Laura..I felt a sense of relief. Laura has something about her that naturally gives a true sense of trust. She has an incredible way of understanding a situation or calling out emotions without much even being said. I am amazed with the capability she has to be so blunt and brutally honest..while still giving sincere reassurance that there is nothing she cannot help you heal from, if you remain open to the process. I am very grateful to have found someone so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does. My time with her has truly been a gift!
