- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, yes, $40/hour. However, it's a general policy that if we don't fix the customer issue, we will not charge for the time spent. We can also negotiate a fixed rate if the customer wishes to have a ceiling limit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will get into contact with each other to discuss the issue plus a date/time to work on it.
