- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For handyman work I charge a$150 service call fee which covers up the first two hours of Labor then $40 an hour for each additional hour. furniture assembly I charge by the job or the pieces. Depending on the size of the job or the season I require a 50% cash security deposit that is non-refundable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I lesson to what needs and concerns they have for the project and I tried to accommodate them as best as I can. I believe in 100% customer satisfaction
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing handyman work helping my grandfather around the house after my grandfather past I took care of the house for my grandmother. I started at a young age. I started putting furniture together helping my sister get stuff ready for her first child. i just love the work. i have fun doing it and fond memories
