- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the service I provide, my pricing is low according to the national and local averages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with the customer and view the home. I look at the types of materials needing cleaning. For example: real wood, granite or laminate and vinal. We then discuss what exactly the customer expects and what type of supplies they have available and preferences. We then set a date for cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a prior quality control technician I've always had to look very closely at the products from the first piece off the machine to the final product moving to the customer. I put this to use in cleaning homes; from the driveway to the farthest corner of the home, I have my eye on every detail that could be cleaned, organized and improved.
