You need to allow painting contractors do a live estimate so they can see the project and make sure they understand what you want completed. If you simply hire without a live estimate there is a higher risk of problems occurring.

What specific work do you want completed? What problems areas are you aware of prior to painting. What concerns do you have about your project? How long has it been since you last painted? Why are you deciding to paint?
