- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not use insurance, but I do have sliding scale fee
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out complaining an in-depth assessment except for situations of emergency or crisis, at which time I work with the immediate needs, and if there is a need for ongoing service I will go back to completing an assessment before moving forward. As a therapist, my mode of treatment is systemic/holistic and I ask permission to include collaterals when clinically necessary.
