Videos are provided for each exercise so you will always know how to do the exercise correctly. Helping people achieve their goals and be the best they can be has always been a big part of my life. I have spent that last 20 years working with Soldiers, training and developing them to their full potential. During that time, fitness was a key part of my role. As I start a new chapter in my life, I wanted to find a way to continue to help people and incorporate physical training. I've been able to do that by working with my clients on their personal training goals.

For the first time in years, I actually look forward to working out! I have been working with Orande for several months, and love that he has a way of pushing my limits just enough to take me out of my comfort zone. Our sessions are challenging, effective and always fun. I love that I don't have to put too much thought into what I'm doing. I just show up and enjoy the workout. I was on the fence about investing in myself at first but now that I have, I'm glad I did because it is definitely worth it!
