- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start our first session with a fitness assessment in order to identify our client's strengths and weakness. During the assessment, we also establish goals and layout realistic expectations. After laying out our clients goals we develop a game plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a MS in Sports and Health Science from American Military University, a NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification, and a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
While serving the greatest country in the world, I have been responsible for the health and wellness of countless Soldiers. That responsibility turned into a love affair, that as I prepare to retire after 20 years of honorable service I am looking forward to purse as a full time passion.
