- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although I'll send you a price for the project, only a deposit is required up front to secure booking. You may pay any remaining balance later. You can enjoy viewing your photographs once the full balance is received.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I'll like to learn a little more about you as a person and get to know your preferences. After you're confident that you'll want Mason Graves Photography as your photographer, a contract and payment information will be email.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
The way this interest turned into a business is enough people through my life have made positive comments on my ability to take pictures. So I just one day decided to turn this hobby into a business and have enjoyed every minute of it. It's something that I'll continue doing for probably the rest of my life now!
