Introduction: I work with women who want to live a healthy life, fulfilled and true to yourself. Women who have decided that it's time to stop pressing pause and are ready to meet your goals, all without giving up on the things you enjoy. My vision is for all women to set aside the notion of "being skinny" or "losing weight", and focus on finding the activities and foods that make you feel good in your own skin. To display confidence that comes from truly loving yourself because you are strong, brave and capable. This isn't a quick fix, a crash course or a short term solution. It takes time to build new habits and see transformations take place. I want all women who sign up with me to feel good about what you are doing, be able to dive in with both feet, do the work, learn and grow, and more importantly develop a mindset and plan that will set you up for life. My passion is to help you discover the workout you love. The fitness and meal plan that actually work for you. And they aren't intimidating.

Kari in an excellent coach. I don't know how I could do it without her. I have never really enjoyed working out, but Kari makes it rewarding and cares about your results. I have some physical limitations in my shoulders and neck. Kari is always finding ways for me to modify because of my limitations and I also get a fantastic workout. She also cares about you as a person. She is interested in what your goals and life styles are in order to accommodate them. In addition, I watch Kari train intense athletes with the same passion and professionalism. Whether you are a beginner or intense athlete, Kari will get you to where you want to be.

Kari made a daily personal training regiment for me, based on my ability and limitations, such as a hip replacement. The excercises were well-thought out and challenging. There were some that I were not able to do, so she thoughtfully replaced them with a different exercise for the same muscle group. She made a paper program complete with illustrations. It was very helpful! And she is very encouraging and upbeat.

Kari did an excellent job of tailoring the workout routines to my needs! She took into consideration the level I was at, as well as my resources, including the physical space, equipment, and time I had for exercising. She did a great job explaining and demonstrating the exercises!

I've always had good experiences with small group lessons. Kari is very accommodating of different skill levels, and is happy to modify exercises if someone comes in with an injury. I've left every lesson exhausted, and I enjoy seeing progress both on what I can do, and what I look like.
