Introduction: I work with women who want to live a healthy life, fulfilled and true to yourself. Women who have decided that it's time to stop pressing pause and are ready to meet your goals, all without giving up on the things you enjoy.
My vision is for all women to set aside the notion of "being skinny" or "losing weight", and focus on finding the activities and foods that make you feel good in your own skin. To display confidence that comes from truly loving yourself because you are strong, brave and capable.
This isn't a quick fix, a crash course or a short term solution. It takes time to build new habits and see transformations take place. I want all women who sign up with me to feel good about what you are doing, be able to dive in with both feet, do the work, learn and grow, and more importantly develop a mindset and plan that will set you up for life. My passion is to help you discover the workout you love. The fitness and meal plan that actually work for you. And they aren't intimidating.
