- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I'm working on the listing side the pricing is 6% of the accepted offer price, half of which is paid to the buyer brokerage. If working as a buyer's agent the fee is paid by the listing brokerage. The buyer pays nothing as far as brokerage fees. However the buyer will have their down payment and lender costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins with a face-to-face or telephone meeting to find out your sale or buying needs. From there we structure a series of events that leads to a sale or purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a two-year degree in sales and marketing from Madison College, I have my Realtor designations as a SRES senior real estate specialist, GRI graduate, realtor Institute, CRS certified residential specialist, ABR accredited buyer's representative, and CNHS certified new home specialist. I also have 15 years of construction experience.
