Vinny, his wife, and the rest of the staff at Paws Up are incredible. What’s great about this dog day care is they actually will work with the dogs instead of just leaving them to do whatever they want. There’s structure and my pitbull loves going. Vinny has also been very helpful with any questions I’ve had and helped refer to me a great veterinarian. I’m a big supporter of family owned businesses and I highly recommend using paws up for day care, private training, and boarding.

Dog Training

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Group classes are $200 for a 6 week course. Payment is due 1 week before class and classes are limited. Private lessons, board and train, or daycare train prices all vary.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For everything besides puppy classes, the first step is to set up an evaluation to determine what type of training and program will be needed to suite each dog's and families needs. After the evaluation we will give a set price and on the program and expected duration needed. If there are more classes needed to accomplish the goals we set at evaluation we will do them free of charge.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with every type of dog. Our training is focused on obedience, tricks, and behavior modification. We do foundation nose work as well as foundation agility.
