I reached out to Troy after reading all his positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did. I needed to have someone step in and tile a bathroom floor that was in the middle of a remodel. Troy came in and completed the Job on time. His work is exceptional and I would definitely hire him again. He was extremely professional and communicated with me throughout the entire project. Will definitely hire him again!

I hired Troy to replace a water damaged ceiling in my bathroom. While working on the project he discovered additional water damages that had probably accumulated over time. Troy contacted me immediately and secured my permission to do this repair after giving me a fair price quote over the phone. He did a fantastic job working through the second repair and finishing up the initial job. Troy has an overall great attitude about his work and I was impressed by how he communicated with me, from the first visit to access the initial damage, to job completion. He s a trustworthy contractor.

My experience with Troy was a great one! I hired Troy for some exterior staining that I needed done. Working with Troy was a pleasure. Contractors that are as courteous, professional, and efficient as him are a rarity! Troy showed up when he said he would, completed the project when he said he would, and charged me what he said he would. His price was exceptional - especially given the caliber of work that he performed! Troy restored an old garage, deck, and awning for me. They "POP" like new. He listened to my vision for the project - and delivered exactly what I wanted - it's PERFECT! As a professional plumber, I have been on many of Troy's bathroom remodel jobs. I must say that his jobs are extremely organized, timely, and of course - beautiful! I have seen many remodels by many different contractors, and I can confidently say that Troy is one of the best! I am very impressed with the quality of work that I've personally seen Troy deliver. I enthusiastically recommend Troy, as both a customer and a professional contractor. for any and all remodeling needs!

Troy was great. We got 3 bids. One was really cheap, one was crazy expensive, Troy was a bit more than the lowest bid but had great reviews on Thumbtack and was great when we met in person. Our bathroom was pretty much a total gut job. We had put a Bathfitter over the old tub and there were layers of old flooring. During the demo, Troy found issues with the framing in one of the walls, the electrical and plumbing were not up to code, among other issues. He got everything fixed and was very clear about any additional costs to fix. He was very responsive and was very flexible. Troy even bought the tile and billed me rather than having me go buyt it and have to return unused tile. With any job, there were some unanticipated things and Troy was very good at adapting and sticking to the schedule, especially during the busy holiday season. He cleaned up and did everything to minimize disruption. The bathroom was a small, 5x7 space and it was in the middle of our house, so there wasn't a lot of room to work but he and team made it work. While he was there, we accidentally broke a cabinet door in our kitchen - Troy and his helper happened to see what happened and actually fixed it for us. We still have to add our light fixture and get final inspection but we're very happy with how our bathroom came out. We'd recommend Troy to anyone (in fact I'm giving my sister his number since she needs a new kitchen floor)!!
