Pope's had the lowest service call/diagnostic charge, was able to send a service tech out quickly (the same day I requested) and was flexible with the appointment time. Terry was very knowledgeable and professional and suggested a less expensive DIY fix (I wanted a professional to do it) and the company even offered me a discount on the parts! I couldn't be happier with my choice.
