Each building and the needs of customers are different. Any contractor who provides a firm price without visiting your facility should be viewed with skepticism.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CMS likes to visit each facility and discuss the special needs of each customer. We then provide a detailed proposal and estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CMS invests heavily in the training of all of our staff. We use industry recognized organizations and are actively engaged in the commercial cleaning community.
