- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do price competitively, that being said there are a lot of factors that come in to play and are hard to detail. We do keep within industry standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to give all of my estimates directly to any potential customer. This ensures the customer to put a face to the contractor they are hiring to work on their personal property and also allows them to ask any questions they may have about the process of discuss any special requests they may have. If I can not personally be there one of my sons will give the estimate, we are a family owned and operated company. As I do understand that time is hard to set aside for an estimate on your driveway, I usually offer a selection of times, so that it can be convenient for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in this industry for the better portion of my life. My sons have grown up in it as well. We do strive to take on bigger projects, to push ourselves and learn more. We bring a lot of experience and knowledge to the job.
