- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1) for repair work, we charge $45.00/hr with a 4 hour minimum charge. 2)for remodeling work, we estimate our costs for materials and labor, and we charge a very modest profit margin (15%)... 3) popcorn removal 300$/day/personnel
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer decides to go with us, we usually like to do an on-site assessment. once the assessment is done, we sit down with the customer and go over details and schedule a start-finish date. W employ a deposit system of 50% down and the remainder upon completion. for repeat customers we are willing to do %30/40/30 on occasion.
