Tim Hawes is very attentive to detail. He makes sure that everything is down to the bare wood, primed properly and painted carefully with quality paint to ensure longevity. He has also been great about replacing outdoor rotted boards with quality plastic products so that I will never have to pain it again. Tim is more than just a painter, but I would wood worker and craftsman as well. He renovated our screened in porch and replaced much of it with plastic tediously creating molding with individual pieces and laying down a new floor. He installed a new screen and window system - even finding the product online after I described what I was looking for. Tim made a pegboard unit with frame to hang my mops and brooms from in my utility room. See photo. He created a wrapping paper space using pegboard as well made built in maple shelves. Although I first hired him as a painter a few years ago, he has become a jack of all trades and a quality one at that. He's always seeking out new ways for efficiency, quality and longevity. He shows up every morning at 7:30 and works alone diligently throughout the day listening to talk radio through his headphones and thoroughly cleaning up any messes behind him. Additionally, I trust him having access to my home and being around my five sons.
