- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unlike many movers who charge by the hour, we use a flat rate pricing format which provides our customers the comfort of knowing what their move will cost. As your mover, this allows us to provide fast and efficient moving services in terms of knowing what we are dealing with in advance. This way we show up with the right man power, right tools and equipment and proper size truck. This enables us to work quickly and efficiently and do the very best job possible for each of our customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You may obtain a quote by either speaking directly with an experienced move coordinator or by filling out our automated quote form online. The process of getting a quote is quick and easy. Once we have an understanding of what your move entails and agree to a move schedule / time, we will forward you a move schedule confirmation / service agreement which confirms all of the pertinent details of your move. We take great pride in dealing with our customers in an honest, forthright manner as we do not like unexpected surprises any more than do our customers. Honesty and integrity are key components to our longevity and success.
