If you don't like the price quote then text me your price. I may or may not it except it. I feel my prices are fair. 11. If I send you a price quote the chances I can fix your problem is 90%. I read your description of your problem and I give you price quote because I am confident I can take care of your needs and leave your computer running better when I am done. There is not a one fix all software. It doesn't exist. 12. I am not arrogant. I may make sound like it but I am just trying to prove my point. It may sound bad but I have been doing this for 20 years and I am still a rookie. Computer issues change from one unit to another. Everyone has it own solution. I had a great experience with Richard. He explained everything to me step by step. I had a virus on my computer. He went through my Program & Features list and removed all of my unwanted programs. Then he went through and manually cleaned my temp files. He also went through and removed Malware program files I didn't even know was there. He ran 5 virus programs. Not all found anything but he told me that was OK. He wanted to make sure everything was clean. I have had a lot of tech but this is by far the best experience I have ever had. I would recommend Richard to anyone hands down.

Richard has helped me for years. I recently had Richard take over my backup services that was costing me $290 a year. His backups was for both my computers is $170 a year. I also purchased his Virus protection suite that covers everything from the internet & cost me $120 a year for both machines. In total it was $270. That is $20 dollars cheaper and I am getting so much more. Richard care about my computer as if they were his own. I recommend him to everyone. If you have problems he can fix them for you.

Computer was continually restarting and giving me the blue screen of death. I can usually figure out issues on my own, but couldn't figure this one out. Richard was prompt in calling me and walked me through EVERYTHING to get it running again! Saved me hundreds of dollars from taking it in I'm sure! Helping the customer kindly & professionally. I make working over the phone as easy as possible. I can walk customers through step by step what needs to be done. If I remote into a customer's computer they can watch every I do. Great steps are taken to make sure customer data is secure.

I have worked with computer for over 20 years. I have worked with every Windows Operating system. Windows 3.1 & Dos 6.2, Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, & 10. I have performed thousand of Virus Removal, & repairs.
