I was a bit disappointed that the part I needed and was told was a stock item turned out NOT to be stock - and had to be ordered. It caused a several day delay. But other than that, the technician was terrific, and the work was completed quickly.

Made appointment online. Came right away the next day. Needed new ice maker, ordered it and it came in a day. Installed it right away. Had issues with it filling with water to make ice, contacted him and he was out to fix it the next morning. Great service.

In order to give an accurate quote to complete a repair, we need to have our tech diagnose the problem with the appliance. Our trip/diagnostics charge is $75.00 anywhere in our service area. From there we can then give an exact quote for the complete repair and the $75.00 is applied to the repair cost if you choose to proceed.
