- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounted prices and sometimes lower travel fees because I know how expensive weddings can be. I always work with my clients to offer quality work at a decent price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If a client is interested in hiring me I walk them through the process of how their day will be and what services they will be getting. I also have contracts which will protect both parties in a case anything happens. I make sure all of their questions are answered and give them my personal information so they can contact me personally whenever they want.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did this for family and friends for many years and they would always encourage me to pursue this full time. It took me years to actually pursue this but l one day it just clicked and I dived right in!
