I've worked with Keith both one on one and in a group settings. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is hourly initially, but for long term results, monthly pricing is recommended as the client gets additional sessions at no extra cost. Monthly pricing also allows email access to me between sessions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I utilize the John Maxwell method for coaching which starts with an initial call to identify topics for discussion. Then we determine desired outcomes and goals versus what is happening today. I will push you to arrive at your own decisions, but will share my insight and expertise (when necessary) with your permission.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Master's degree in Management & Leadership -Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management. -John Maxwell Method certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer -Marshall Goldsmith Lead60 Coach -Executive, leadership and career performance coach -Society for Human Resource Management certified SCP -Human Resources Certification Institute certified PHR -DISC Behavior Style certified -20+ years in human resources and executive management which includes being a trusted advisor to CEO's, executives, high-potential employees and many others.
