I have been using Pat for my home in inspections for years. Pat is a very detail oriented inspector. Pat takes the time to explain your inspection to you in detail in terms that you can understand. Not at all like the inspectors that like to hear themselves talk. Pat has your interests at heart from the beginning to end. Pat will provide a detailed report on your home and will take the time to explain any and all issues and costs that may be involved that you are concerned about. Pat will also explain these things in a manner that you can understand and not so technical in his verbiage that it would confuse someone. I wholly recommend Pat and will use him for any and all of my inspection needs in the future.

Excellent service and Patrick even came out on super bowl Sunday to meet our deadline. The report was extremely thorough and easy to read and we were very impressed with the drone inspection of our steep roof.

The service was exceptional! Patrick came out the same day we requested the quote and we revived the inspection report within an hour of him completing the inspection. The report was very detailed but still easy to navigate and he even identified some mold growth in the attic that had been overlooked by our insurance adjuster. You will not be disappointed with the service at ARI!
